"The apartment was a very good choice for 4 adults and a 2 year old kid. 2 separate bathrooms made things a lot easier. The apartment is quite central, easy to get anywhere. Lidl supermarket is right around the corner. Also, we had a slight internet problem and the hosts took care of it right away. :)"

"There’s construction going on right in front of the apartment, but the noice doesn’t get into the bedrooms which is very good. Neighbors were quite noisy though, fighting any time of the day:) Also, kitchen utensils are quite old and overused - especially pans and pots. All in all, the experience was good and would come back here!"

"Rooms only have very small, high windows which makes the rooms dark. Those windows do not open which means the rooms get very warm, thankfully fans were supplied."

"We enjoyed having two bathrooms, for a family of 5 this was a bonus. The kitchen was decked out with everything you needed including a dishwasher. We highly recommend for a family or two couples."

"Water in tap was not clear and was pulsating in multiple taps (maybe due to not being used for a while). Door lock broke but i don't think it was the hosts fault as he arrived within 15 mins of making a call to fix it."

"There was enough space for 6 people, two of which are active children :) A small coffee machine and capsules for it pleased us in the morning. Very good location of the house: 15-20 minutes to the beach, 5-10 to the old town and cafes and restaurants. There are 2 great playgrounds nearby. The tram stop is also within walking distance."

"It is inconvenient to pick up the keys to the apartment, it was necessary to meet the owner in another place. There was a car service directly below us and during the day it was a bit noisy because of it. But in the evening and at night it was quiet."

"Apartment was nice and spacious, excellent location to the old town. We didnt meet the hosts but they were great and giving us clear instructions on how to access the keys and what to do when we left. We had Fans for each room. Everything we needed was in the apartment, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc."

"No aircon, admittedly this was a really unusually hot summer and apparently, not many apartments do have air con, but my goodness was it hot, we had fans, but it wasn't really enough, it was so hot we couldn't actually dry off after taking a shower. The road was a little noisy at night, not a problem if you sleep in the bedrooms, but if you plan on using the sofa bed, then it was quite noisy"

"Det låg bra. Gångavstånd till både hamnen, gamla stan, centrala Nice och havet. Det var välstädat och allt man behövde fanns i lägenheten. Bra instruktioner för var och hur du hämtade nyckeln då kontoret var stängt när vi anlände. Bra och snabb kommunikation med hyresvärden då man undrade om saker."

"Då det var varmt så kunde man inte öppna fönsterluckorna, så lite mörkt i lägenheten. AC:ns slang var tvungen att ledas ut genom fönstret mot gatan vilket gjorde att ljudnivån från trafiken blev ganska hög."
